Gin

1:1 Simple Syrup
0.75oz
Lime Juice
2drops
Angostura Bitters
2drops
Rosewater
5drops
10% Saline Solution
10leaves
Mint

Muddled

3slices
Cucumber

Muddled

1leaf
Mint(garnish)

Float on cocktail

3drops
Rosewater(garnish)

Drop on floating mint leaf

3drops
Angostura Bitters(garnish)

Drop around mint leaf on top of cocktail

Preparation

Muddle cucumber and mint. Combine all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and shake for 8-10 seconds. Double strain and serve.
